The “GOAT”

goat (N.) 1. A furry little mountain creature. Typically trots and eats cabbage. 2. A particular skill or movement that you consider your weakness.

As a 20 minute AMRAP, pick two “goats.” Even minutes do “goat” #1, odd minutes do “goat” #2.
