Skill: Handstand Push Ups

For as many reps as possible:

3:00 AMRAP at each station with 1:00 rest between stations

1) Handstand Push Ups
2) Burpee Box Jumps
3) Ring dips/dips
4) Row For Calories (1 cal=1rep)
5) 10m Side Shuffle * Legs should be active at 45 degrees (1 pass=1rep)
