Rest 5 minutes, and then,

As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Row 200 Meters
Kettlebell Swings x 10 reps

OLYMPIC LIFTING

3 position cleans x 8

push jerk 2 – 2 – 2

Durability: 3 rounds

10 medball wall sit ups

10 broad jumps

1 lateral monkey traverse across bars
