Strength: Continuous clock pull ups

1 pull up the 1st minute, 2 pull ups the 2nd minute, and so on until designated amount of pull ups cannot be completed in that minute

For time:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Box Jumps

150 m sprint after every set




Back squat 80% x4x5, 90% x2x2

Push Press 85% x5x5

Snatch Pull 95%x5x5

3 rounds: Hanging leg raise x 15

Standing plate twist x 30
