Strength: press 3-3-3
push press 3-3-3
push jerk 3-3-3

For time: 8 minutes, as many reps as possible of:
Top of the driveway run and back
KB swings 72/55, 55/35, 35/20
*Once KB is put down, the run begins again


Snatch high pullĀ  + muscle snatch x 4

3 position snatch x 5

Push press + jerk x 4

Durability: As many consecutive pull ups as possible. Then row for as many calories as pull ups (max of 25). Repeat until reaching a total of 60 pull ups.
