For Time:

Run 200 m w/medball or sandbag

Rest 1 minute

Run 400 m without medball or sandbag

Rest 2 minutes

Run 800 m w/medball or sandbag

Rest 3 minutes

Run 400 m without medball or sandbag

Rest 2 minutes

Run 200 m w/medball or sandbag
