For time: 100 wall balls

Every 2 minutes, stop and do 5 burpees




Back squat 3 x 4 @75% of 1 RM

Clean and Jerk – work up to 1 RM

Durability: 25 deadhang pull ups, every time you rest, get down and do 5 burpees
