800 Run

21 KB swings

12 Pull Ups

 

 

 

OLYMPIC LIFTING

Work up to 1 RM of squat clean

Then, at 70% of 1 RM, perform 2 reps every 60 seconds for 10 rounds

Push Jerks: 3 x 3 x 3

100 sit ups for time
