Skill: kipping pull ups

 

As a team of 2, complete the following:

80 Thrusters

Carry bar 100 m

60 Hang Power Cleans

Carry bar 100 m

40 Push Press/Push Jerk

Carry bar 100 m

30 Front Squats

Carry bar 100 m

20 SDHP

Carry bar 100 m

 

*Once workout starts, the bar may not touch the ground, at any point. If bar makes contact with ground, both team members must complete a 3 Burpee penalty before picking up the bar again.
**Once bar is loaded, all subsequent exercises are completed at the Bar Carry weight.
***Both team members must bear the bar load at all times during carry.
