It’s BASELINE time!!!

What an amazing showing for those that tested on their Baseline tonight!!! Your times display your hard work and commitment, way to go!

Don’t worry…if you didn’t test on Tuesday, you can do it Wednesday and Thursday of this week also!


Prior to the WOD – “BASELINE”

500 m row

40 squats

30 sit ups

20 push ups

10 pull ups


Deadlift 3-3-3-3


With a partner, for time, complete 100 box jumps, switch every 10 jumps, while partner A is jumping, partner B is holding squat at the bottom.
