When did you first start training at FOCF?: January 15, 2011
Favorite WOD: I really don’t have a favorite.
Least Favorite WOD: Anything that has lots of running. I will never back down, but it’s not my first choice.
Tell us about you sports & fitness background: I have always been a member of a gym. Have always enjoyed working out.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? A close friend mentioned it and I told my daughter that we should sign up. After that I was hooked.
Take us back to your first WOD… what was it, and how did it feel? Well it wasn’t my first WOD, it was the first initial tryout and let me tell you, I thought I was going to die. So far that has been the only time I have puked.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF (before/after)? My stamina has increased and I feel more muscles all around. I no longer fear the WOD’s.
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like CrossFit that were totally unexpected? I Feel stronger and my confidence level is at all time high. I now feel there’s nothing I can’t do thanks to crossfit and coaches.
Any advice for people just getting started? One day at a time and I promise you will see results.
What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit? Love spending time with my family and friends.
