Calling All Writers

Calling all writers (that would definitely NOT be me, as I’m sure you have figured out by now)…. CrossFit Games wants YOU!!!! Straight from the Games:

Ever wanted to see your writing on the Games site? We’re looking for volunteer writers who can help us cover the off-season and build up to 2012. If interested, please email [email protected] with a 500-word article that you believe would be worthy of publication on the Games site. The article should be new and original. It should not have appeared anywhere else and it should feature current information. Please send it in a Word document and include your location in the email.

So there you have it. Your chance to enter the spotlight. And, when you do become rich and famous, don’t forget about the rest of us at FallOut CrossFit who will need tickets to next year’s Games competition!



Run 3 x (100m + 200m + 400m). Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval in each set. Ex.100m run is 20s, rest 20s, then 200m run, rest 200m time, run 400m, rest 400m time…
