A very big THANK YOU to Lance Mamiya and the Tri-City Outrigger Canoe Club to introducing FallOut CrossFit to outrigger canoes on Saturday. Everyone had a fantastic time, got a great workout, and tried something new (for many of FOCFitters!) Lance’s enthusiasm and passion for the sport is contagious and we are lucky to have him as a member. Hopefully, we can hook up again in the future with Lance and his fellow paddlers (hint, hint)!
