It’s always good to try new things
How do you know you don’t like brussel sprouts until you try them? Just one little taste and you could be hooked, or it could be a “no thank you” bite. Well, one of the coolest things about CrossFit is we always get to try new things. Some things you may love and those are your keepers, and some things may be your “no thank you” bite. Either way, you tried it, and that’s what counts.
Many of you took advantage of trying out Yoga on Monday nights. For some of you it got you outside of your comfort zone. But, as of 9/19/2011, Yoga will no longer be offered at FallOut CrossFit. The Monday night time slot (6:30) that was filled with Yoga will go back to “its regularly scheduled programming” (aka the daily WOD). The plan is still to offer CrossFit endurance Wednesday at 5:30 am and Friday at 5:30 pm. Olympic lifting class will continue at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm on Wednesdays; Saturday Olympic lifting at 10:00 am will be discontinued. We hope you enjoy these classes, and as always, your ideas and input are always welcome!
