    • III: 135/95
    • II: 115/75

WOD: Saturday

  • 10 Rounds
  • Farmer’s Carry to road and back. 5 Burpee penalty for every rest. Partner does squats while you carry until you finish penalty burpees and switch. Each partner does 10 rounds. Scale weight as needed.
