How Do You Run?

Running is second nature right. We all can do it, most don’t like it and even more people get hurt when they do run. And this is why we are hosting a running clinic. The response was overwhelming and I’m sorry that we can’t accommodate everyone this time. But we will be holding another soon, and more improved running clinic. This Saturday 9am to Noon-ish & we will be teaching people how to run more efficiently and hopefully decrease everyone’s injuries in the future and get you back out on the road. So how do you run? This video below is a nice little clip about why we should run a particular way and avoid running the way the masses do. Greater then 80% of people develop a running injury of some sort from running EVERY YEAR! Why keep doing it wrong if you keep getting hurt? What’s the definition of insanity again?
