This Saturday we will be doing a workout in memory of Christina-Taylor Green, the nine-year-old who was one of six people who died in the Tucson shooting. The workout is being done by CrossFit’s across the country today. If you want to double WOD it tonight have at it! Either way we will be remembering those lost this Saturday for the 9am workout. A memorial fund has been set up by the family of Christina.
