Healthiest Fast Food Place?

Get out of here! No really…get out of here if you think this is true. Healthy and fast food do not below in the same sentence no matter how they twist it. Even the salads I would be questioning whether the lettuce was real or not. Health.com published a list of the healthiest fast food restaurants, because “We practically live in our cars, so we need quick food, and please, we’d like it to be healthy.” Really?! Advocating eating and driving are we? And then to top this they list McD’s because of their “mean yogurt-and-granola parfait”. They are also bringing back the fiberglass resembling McRib. Don’t worry if you don’t like it, it will be out of you soon enough! This list of healthy resturaunts is full of whole grains, beans, carbs, carbs and carbitycarbs! If you don’t care about your fitness or your body eat here, yes it is probably healthier then the other fast food options but to call them healthy? This all star panel of doctors and nutritionists should be ashamed of themselves. At FallOut CrossFit the concept of fitness is all in compassing it should start and end with your diet. That’s the fuel that runs your body. Working out is great, you will be stronger and quicker and more powerful. But if you want to reach that next level, give your body what it needs and avoid these place. Cook your own food and learn to enjoy a real meal, not one you have to eat while navigating traffic please.
