What movement sends fear into the hearts of CrossFitters? Burpees! But what makes them even more “fun”, Box Jumps! So we do Burpee box jumps, they need no explanation. You get going and things start off great and slowly they decline. Numbers 40-70 are ROUGH this is where you earn your pay, and then comes the light at the end of the tunnel as you race towards the finish. Excellent work by all!

  • Burpee Box Jumps
    • Level III: 100 Rx 22/20
    • Level II: 75 M-20″ box jumps W- 20″ step ups
    • Level I: 50 20″ step ups
