It’s Relay Important…

to be optimistic. Optimism gets a bad rap. Not so much optimism but the optimist. Someone who is too unrealistic, annoying, too pollyannaish.  “Positive thinking is the key to success in business, education, pro football [and CrossFit]” Ron Jaworski, NFL QB. While just thinking positive will help you feel better about not being able to do those handstand push ups or deadlift 450lbs. But being able to do them comes only with disciplined optimism. It’s not enough to say you will do it someday, you have to have the drive, enthusiasm, and practice to reach those goals of yours. “A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty” Winston Churchill.  So look at your weaknesses and reevaluate what you are doing to get better. Are you just throwing in the towel or are you going to believe that you can do it and do something about it.
