FallOut CrossFit – School of Elite Fitness Tri-cities, WA

CrossFit is dangerous! Isn’t that what everyone tells you? We pick up heavy things and run with them, throw our bodies on the ground and pull our chins up above the bar with such a fury that you are bound to get hurt doing it. Oh and you should never do a back squat and go down below the level of your knee because that’s not safe either! Machines are safer because keep you in one plane of motion. Check out the video below! We have all heard it and we have all done what is supposedly unsafe and we are all still not only fine but better then we were when we started. CrossFit pushes the limits of your body in order to make it the best it can be. When done correctly and under the watchful eye of your coach you can push your intensity to what your body can currently handle with a weight that you can move safely. When CrossFit becomes dangerous is when you let your EGO take over. This is something you should leave at the door on the way in otherwise it will be left cruppled up on the floor when you leave. Do what you know you can do safely and with full range of motion and I promise you wont feel cheated afterwards.
