Daily Beatings
I have been doing CrossFit now for sometime and luckily with the help of some great coaches we are able to share this great experience with all of you. But what is it that keeps you coming back for more? Is it fun that these workouts cause so much sufferring? Suffering is fun? Would it be as fun with out the suffering? It could also be the amazing feeling of finishing the challenge at hand. I think it’s a combination of everything. I love the challenge of facing something seemingly impossible and then battleing it knowing that you will come out on the other side better then when you went in. With proper rest of couse. But who would take these beating with out being able to track your progress. Every one of you has gotten a Success Journal with your membership. And in that is a place for you to keep track of your workouts. If you need more pages for your journal click here. We also have a our FallOut Forum, check that out too! One more option – Evernote.com. Use these resources to track your results and see your improvement. Also come to our next challenge on May 27th and get your baseline results. This is open to the public. What keeps you coming back for your daily beating of CrossFit?
