WA Sectional Remains

So I have returned, more sore then I can remember. Holding a tooth brush is now a workout until I heal from this weekend. But it was a weekend to remember. FallOut CrossFit went to the sectionals with 2 competitors, Joey and myself. We poured everything we had into 5 WODs in 2 days. The most difficult thing, athletically I think I’ve ever done so far. There were close to 200 competitors, 124 men, 50+ women. All amazing athletes! FallOut CrossFit made a good showing this year, and next year will make an even bigger showing. I encourage everyone to train hard in preparation for next years event, it is an experience everyone should have. Amazing athletes competing against each other, and supporting each other. This week all of you will be competitors as FallOut CrossFit revisits the WA Sectionals.

As for the WODs that I haven’t posted since last week, here you go:

Thursday 2/25/10:

  • Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5
  • 5 rounds of
    • 20 mountain climbers
    • 15 pushups
    • 10 squats

Friday 02/26/10:

  • 16x100m sprints 30 sec rest between rounds
    • or
  • 16x 150m rows 30 sec rest between rounds
