Soy…is it safe?

According to most Soy is the epitome of healthiness! Eat soy and you can lose weight, protect your heart, lower your cholesterol, have more energy, and reduce the symptoms of menopause, among many other reported benefits. But if you look closely, it is a toxic food substance that can lead to many health problems including malnutrition, digestive distress, immune-system breakdown, thyroid dysfunction, cognitive decline, reproductive disorders, and infertility — even cancer and heart disease. For more information on this read this article published by Dr. Mercola – How to Get the Benefits of Soy …
Without All the Health Risks
