RIP – Hand Ripping

This is the second part to important hand care, a must for a CrossFitter. Last time I talked about how to care for your calluses. Thanks for the comments and extra tips, great information! This way to tape your hand as demonstrated by Andy from CrossFit LA is a great way to save yourself from skin tears which occur for most right around the 100 pull-up mark for most. This seems to be the human skins limit to the shearing forces of CrossFit. Save your hands from ripping, watch the video and bring tape to the gym for yourself.
