Friday & Saturdays WOD
I hope everyone rang in the New Year with hopes of 2010 being better then 2009. I am particularly looking forward to all the gains that everyone is going to have with their fitness here at FallOut!!! The second part of 2009 couldn’t of gone any better for me, and alot of it is thanks to the coaches and students here at the gym. This place can’t survive with out the core group of people that we have established here. It can only get better in 2010, and I’m looking forward to all the new faces that will be coming thru these doors, and the confidence to take on the world people will have when they walk out stronger, and more prepare for what life throws at them. Thanks again to everyone for their commitment to FallOut CrossFit!!!
