Feed a Flu, Starve a Cold? But exercise regardless!

I have been sick the last couple days, a little under the weather. I have always workout regardless of being sick or not, unless I’m just really really bad. I started looking online and ran across this NY Times article, “Don’t Starve a Cold from Exercise“. This article looks at the response to working out and your recovery time while you have a cold. I generally feel better when I finish a workout when I have a cold, not sure we’ll ever really know the best answer to this question. Read this article and leave your comments. What do you think after reading the article? What will you do next time you have a cold….Rest or train?
