I am not talking about the little curly haired red headed musical Annie. This is the cardio smashing, stomach burning 10 min CrossFit ride you know and love! For most this was their first experience with this workout, for others it was a time to try and beat a previous time, and for others yet they missed out because they went to Yoga ( I wont name names ) For me, it was a reminder that double-unders are not my friends and they give me migraines!
