The Gym is Growing

Welcome Liz & Kristin!!

Today there is a lot of talk about changing our health care system. But I don’t think that it’s the system needs reform, rather what people do that gets them sick that needs to be changed. But, regardless of the outcome of the debate, are you better then you were before CrossFit? Do intense workout that increase my muscular, skeletal, cardiovascular, and neurological health, and general increased well being combined with a solid diet prevent you from a life of sickness, disease, injury, longer rehabilitation? I can tell you honestly that I am in the best shape of my life, I have always been active but never like this. I haven’t always been a coach, I started CrossFit just like everyone else has. But I’m here to tell you nothing has yielded these result before. Will you get hurt doing CrossFit? Maybe, but no more risk than walking down a flight of stairs. Will you get sick doing CrossFit, maybe, but it’s more likely you just didn’t wash your hands! It’s Flu season people!! But we here at FallOut CrossFit are a gym, a community, engage in is a powerful step in creating a lifestyle where individuals truly have choice regarding the state of their well being and where illness and diseases aren’t a normal part of everyday living.
