Testing out the AbMats

Great work last night guys. Every morning I’m in the gym working on the website and I always look forward to what the UPS guy will bring me next. Hopefully soon it will be some weights so we can get started on the max efforts. But for the time being I think we are doing a pretty good job kickin’ our butts with some body weight stuff. I have no words of wisdom to impart on you today, but keep up the hard work!

Wednesday’s WOD:

7 rounds for time

10 squat jumps

5 burpees

10 situps

100m run? (out to street and back)
