Great work everyone! Today was our first WOD in the new building, and everyone seemed to love the A/C. Good to see some faces we haven’t seen in a while, Danielle and Kara. Everyone if you have phone numbers or emails for people that haven’t been able to make it in from CrossFit Fusion let them know we are working out here now. Continue to invite your friends, we’d love to have them working out here. Thanks to the women of the CBC soccer team for having me come and run them through a WOD. You ladies did amazing especially after having just ran a mile! Look forward to working with you again next week.
