Busting out the jump ropes

Good job to those who made it in today. CrossFit work outs demand the most of us everyday in the gym. But there comes a time when too much is too much. There is always a fine line between intensity and technique. And at maximum output technique can not be maintained. Our athletes must push the intensity until the mechanics start to deteriourate and it is at this point that they or the coach refocus them on the mechanics while maintaining as much intensity as possible. Done well, this will improve both mechanics and push intensities to the next level!
