You dont know squat

Yesterday was blistering hot out, almost hit 110F I think. But we were out there anyways! Sorry this is going to be a short post. Good word is thought that the flooring is know laid down and looks good, thanks to everyone that helped with this. Tim came out and helped design our pull up bar system. Unfortunately we wont be getting those installed this weekend but they will be in sometime next week. We will be holding the WOD at the new place 1212 Columbia Park Trail in Richland. There is a map down below in another post. Again everyone bring anyone you want to these workouts, I’ll scale them to anyone’s ability, and it’s FREE! So lets let people get the most out of this while we can. Below are some pictures from Friday’s workout as well as some pics of the flooring installed.
