More running!
Today was hotter then the other days this week. But we still pushed it today! Thanks for coming out again today everyone. The flooring was delivered today, and we will be installing it this Saturday. Hopefully getting the pullup bars in as well. Hopefully we will be having a whole bunch of new friends coming into the gym and working out with us. But only with your guys help. Please invite all of your friends and family to visit this website and have them read, “What is Fitness?” article to start. Today’s WOD was such a killer, so much that it was my rest day. I’ll be down to kill it tomorrow.
