Fun with snatches

Today we worked with a new movement, one arm KB snatches. Thank you Dan for stopping in today, awesome job!  Everyone did great with this new movement and even surprised themselves with the weight they were able to handle I think. Some people thought the WOD was too easy and did twice as many snatches too, I wont name names. Getting closer to getting in to the new spot, thanks again to everyone making this transition seem a little easier. See you later today!
