classes are readily available throughout the week. Classes are fun, challenging and finish up in 60 minutes or less. If you still don’t understand what it is that makes CrossFit so contagious, a few weeks of group classes will have you hooked.
At FallOut CrossFit our goal is to train you for life, through a series of workouts designed to increase your work capacity and allow you to be your best. Our workouts are Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, done at High Intensity. These are the movements of LIFE!
Workouts are designed to ensure that you always make progress and never get bored. You will always be challenged to achieve elite fitness. Anyone can excel at CrossFit, and everyone who is committed will. It will change your life and how you view health and fitness. You will never be expected to do more than your current fitness level or perform movements beyond your skill set. However, you will always be coached, encouraged and challenged to improve your performance and test your skill set.
We’ll help you establish a plan, and empower you with the tools you need for success!
The goals of Open Gym are as diverse as you all are, but here are some highlights of why you might choose to utilize it:
– Do some extra work that your coaches have prescribed to you
– Practice skills at your own pace, outside of the normal group
– Meet with friends, make new ones and workout with them
– Make-up a missed workout of the day
– Prepare for an upcoming competition or event
– Try new things – PLAY with your fitness!
The gym is open and available to you. We have made it so available that there is little to no excuse to not get in and train/move or do something. There will always be a Coach available, but no structured coaching.
We are working to keep our athletes safe. Currently, there is a wait list for the Kids and Teens classes. Please contact us if you are interested in the Kids and Teens classes.
Our goal is simple; Teach kids functional fitness while having blast! CrossFit Kids will help your child establish a solid foundation for a lifetime of health and fitness.
CrossFit Kids is designed for ages 7-12 and CrossFit Teens is for ages 12 and up. These age recommendations are broad and generalized – athletes that consistently show technical mastery of movements in class and exude maturity may be invited to an older age group. The same goes for students that would benefit from a reduced complexity class – these athletes may best fit in with the Kids course. The CrossFit Kids and Teens Coaches will make the decision in the best interest of the athlete.
CrossFit Kids – Ages 7-12 | Mondays and Wednesdays 4:00 – 4:45 pm
CrossFit Teens – Ages 12 & up | Mondays and Wednesdays 4:45 – 5:30 pm
Payment: $64.46 + tax = $70.00 per month, per athlete
Registration is complete upon payment and completion of Waiver of Participation.
Please note: FallOut CrossFit Kids and Teens follows the Richland School District calendar. This includes holidays, and in the event of school closure due to weather, classes are canceled.
