Per Washington state mandates, all workouts must occur outdoors beginning today. Welcome to the COVID patio edition of CrossFit. Grab your warm gear and let’s get after it.

STRENGTH: Rotating EMOM for 10:00

EVEN: 10 x double dumbbell (or KB) Romanian Deadlifts

ODD: 5 x sledge hammer strikes, per side
