2 x back squat EMOM for 10 min @ 80%

            OR

2 x bench press EMOM for 10 min @ 80%

SUPPLEMENTAL: If you back squatted, complete 3 x 20 reverse lunges OR if you benched, complete 3 x 10 dips

WOD: 10 minute AMRAP

15 x wall balls 

10 x kettle bell swings 

35 x double unders
