WOD: AMRAP in 12 minutes
Wall balls 
On the minute, 5 x deadlifts 
Score is total wall balls completed.
STRENGTH: Deadlift 5-3-3-1-1-1 reps
SUPPLEMENTAL: A) Good morning 2 x 10
B) Single arm DB row 2 x 10, per arm
WOD: 3 rounds for time,
15 x box jumps 
12 x deadlift 
9 x pull ups
