WOD: Every 10 minutes, for 30 minutes (3 sets) for times (rest any remaining time of the 10 min.):

500 Meter Row

10 x strict handstand pushups

15 x back squats

10 x toes to bar

400 Meter Run

POST WOD CORE:  3 rounds,

10 x bird dog exercise, alternating

10 x marching hip bridge, alternating

30 seconds plank

(Rest 60 seconds)
