* 3 sets of 10 strict PU or scale to a number you can do for all three sets or complete 3 x 10 supine ring rows.
WOD: For time, with a partner, one person works at a time, divide reps as you wish,

40 x deadlifts
1 Mile Run 
30 x deadlifts
1 x Mile Run 
20 x deadllifts
1 x Mile Run 
10 x deadlifts
