WOD B: AMRAP 11 minutes of,
15/12 cal row
5 x burpees over rower
10 x dumbbell box step overs 

WOD C: AMRAP 11 minutes of,
5 x pistols 
10 x handstand push ups 
15 x 2 ct Russian twist 

* Athletes may complete in any order * 3 minute rest between WODs * Record WODs individually *
