WOD:

A) For time, 
25 x Overhead Squats 
1 Mile Run 
25 x Overhead Squats

B) 4 Rounds for time of,
50 x Double-unders 
15 x Hang Power Snatch 

C) 3 rounds for time,

30 M/25 F cals on rower

12 x pull ups

*Rest 3 minutes between workouts.

**Athletes may complete in any order
