80 x Wall Balls

20 x Synchro Burpees
*One athlete works at a time, except for the synchro movements

(5 minute rest)

WOD B: With a partner, AMRAP in 10 minutes,
20 x medball squat and tosses
20 x box jumps 
20 x hand release push ups 
20 x medball sit ups 
*One athlete works at a time for box jumps and hand release push ups
