SKILL/STRENGTH: 12 minute EMOM, rotating though –
1) 5 x strict handstand push up
2) 1 x rope climb (scaled – supine to standing and back down)
3) Row at max effort, 10 cals men/8 cals women

30 x Sit ups
20 x KB Swings
20 x Sit ups
30 x KB Swings
10 x Sit ups
40 x KB Swings
