Work Sets- 5 x @ 65%, 2 sets of 3 x @ 75%, 2 sets of 3 x @ 85%,

*20 Minute Cap

WOD:  “The Chief”
Five 3-minute AMRAP’s of,

3 x Power Cleans 

6 x Push-Ups 

9 x Air Squats

Rest 1 minute

Start each 3-minute cycle where you left off on the previous cycle. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles. Count total rounds and reps completed.
