STRENGTH: Front Squat 5 x 5 @ 75%
WOD: For max distance in 12 min,

At each 500 m row mark – STOP! Perform 3 x squat cleans + 30 x double unders 

OLYWOD

STRENGTH: 1) Every 90 seconds for 12 sets – 2 x power clean + 1 x split jerk (increase weight every 3 sets)

2) Front squat 3 x 8-10 w/2 sec pause @ bottom

WOD: 8 minute AMRAP
6 x box jump 

8 x push press

12 x toes to bar
