WOD: In Teams of Two, 20 Min AMRAP
Partner A: 50 x double unders or 150 x single unders
Partner B: AMRAP
5 x thrusters 
5 x box jumps 
5 x dynamic push ups (Rx, knees, knees – no plate)

At 20 Mins Go Into…
+
5 Min AMRAP
Max Burpees Over Bar – one partner at a time, may switch out any time

Score = total reps from AMRAP + total burpees (no score from jump rope)

SUPPLEMENTAL: Partner Medball sit ups – 5 rounds, 30 seconds on/30 seconds off
