Festivus Games Results April 21, 2018

Congrats to all Festivus Games athletes on a successful competition!

Festivus Games competition is built around good people looking to be challenged. At the day’s end, you sweated, laughed, cheered and competed. Awesome day!

10 Pull-ups (Intermediates) / Ring Rows (Novice/Masters) 

At the top of every minute the athlete will do 8 Plate-hold Russian twists.

You choose the load: Max-rep thrusters in 30 seconds separated by 1 minute 30 seconds rest X 4
