SKILL: EMOM for 8:00 – 2 x attempts max distance handstand walks (Scaled = handstand hold shoulder taps or max effort handstand hold against wall or on box)
WOD: Festivus Practice “Chip’n & Twist’n”
Time cap of 15 minutes:
50 x Dumbbell snatch alternating
40 x Plate-hop Burpees
30 x Air squats
20 x No-rock Hand-release Push-ups
10 x Pull-ups
At the top of every minute the athlete will do 8 Plate-hold Russian twists. The plated used for Russian twists will be the same plate the Athlete hops onto for the burpees.
April 14th is the cut off for registration. Get ‘er done!
